• Check-in 4:00 P.M. Check-Out 9:00 A.M.
• To hold your reservation a deposit of $300 per week is required within 10 days.
• Receipt of your deposit and signed rental agreement guarantees the cabin is reserved for you.
• You are responsible for the entire cabin rental rate once the deposit is received regardless of whether you cancel or leave early.
• Full amount of rental is due two weeks before arrival.
• Deposits are refunded, less a $150 handling charge, if notice is received 120 days prior to arrival or if cottage can be re-rented for your specific time.
• Deposits are returned within 1 week of completion of the rental period provided no damage to the property or cabin is found. Renter is responsible for the FULL cost of repair for any damage during their stay.
• No Pets Are Permitted in the Cabin

• You are responsible for the entire boat rental rate once the deposit is received regardless of whether you use or do not use the boat.
• Full amount of rental is due two weeks before arrival.
• You are responsible for all fuel and to return the boat when finished with a full tank of gas.
• Deposits are returned within 1 week of completion of the rental period provided no damage to the boat is found. Renter is responsible for the FULL cost of repair for any damage during their rental period.
